This Customer Service position is responsible for quote follow-up & general back-up for the Part Sales Coordinators & Warranty Department. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESHave the ability to use issued Excel queries to review open orders and quotes.Create customer orders, and/or create work orders for fabrication if required parts are not in stock.Manage dashboard of open Quotes and Orders, perform follow-ups as required by the due dates.Back up spare parts coordinators if unavailable or on vacation by fielding customer calls and/or emails for spare parts.
