Responsibilities

  • Updating existing accounts, customer correspondence, transfer of accounts, wired funds, foreign currency conversion, received/issued checks and stock certificates
  • Mostly verifying client information, assisting with web access
  • Complex issues or stock trading and product inquiries will be transferred or escalated to a registered broker
  • Language test required during training - must be fluent in the 2nd language
