Develop and execute innovative recruitment marketing strategies across various channels to include social media, job boards, email, and more. Create engaging content, including blog posts, videos, and social media content, that highlights our culture, values, and the exceptional career opportunities at Baptist. Organize and promote recruiting events and strategies to engage potential candidates and build relationships within the community. Analyze market trends and leverage insights to position Baptist Memorial Health Care as a leading employer in the health care industry and Mid-South. Establish a strong collaborative relationship with the Corporate Communications team, working together to enhance our recruitment marketing tactics and employer branding strategy Collaborate with the talent acquisition team to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to attracting diverse talent. Create monthly reports on key recruitment marketing metrics.
