**The Role**

We are in search of a Customer Service Advisor who will play a vital role in servicing our student customers, ensuring every customer receives an excellent experience. This is a varied role in which youll be responsible for making sure all customer queries through voice, email and live chat channels are managed effectively. Youll help our customers navigate the complex world of shared utilities, making sure its hassle free and easy to understand.

**Reporting to the Customer Service Manager you will be responsible for:**
