We specialize in personal and commercial insurance lines, surety and bonding, employee benefits, financial and retirement services, and human capital management solutions.Position OverviewOur Client Service Representative provides general account support and customer service to an impressive roster of multinational clients. In this role you will navigate PGB's Benefit Administration Tool to assist customers with their benefits enrollment needs. This is a tremendous opportunity to join a dynamic team in a growing organization, working with diverse, global organizations.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesSupport the account management team in resolving day-to-day customer inquiries and escalate issues related to eligibility and member claimsDevelop and leverage knowledge of customer needs and issues to deliver world class service to our clientsMaintain accurate customer files and records for general reference and office useAssist the account management team in managing the end-to-end process for customer interactions as well as carrier relationships for day-to-day customer issue resolutionKeep management informed of customer or carrier issuesParticipate in weekly client meetingsSupport the annual Open Enrollment processQualificationsBachelor's Degree preferred1 year of experience in health insurance or employee benefits industryExcellent communication and customer service skills as well as sales negotiation skills.Life & Health License (preferred)Must be proficient with MS Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPointSelf-motivated and driven.
