Vaco's client is seeking a skilled Accounting Manager to join its team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in public accounting, preferably with experience supporting companies preparing for IPOs. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our growth and success as we transition to the next phase of its business. Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department. Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements. Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles. Coordinate and complete annual audits. Provide recommendations for improving procedures and systems for greater accuracy and efficiency. Ensure compliance with all financial regulations. Lead/mentor staff. Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA or MBA preferred. 4 or more years of progressively responsible experience in accounting. Experience in a company preparing to go public or experience with IPO readiness strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting practices. Proven ability to manage a team and prioritize tasks. Skills:

Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. Advanced proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
