Bilingual Dispatch/Customer Service Representative We are currently seeking an experienced bilingual Dispatch/Customer Service Representative at our branch office in Pompano Beach, FL. If you are a customer-friendly individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, then come and join us Essential duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following functions: Assist in taking a high volume of customer service calls. Assist with high volume of emails. Obtains and evaluates all relevant information regarding inquiries, discrepancies, and/or complaints. Assists to technicians via email, text, or by phone call. Verifies warranty information with manufacturers and collects accurate information to close out service calls promptly. Sends quotes/estimates for order parts in a timely manner. Provides updates to customers and/or associates and answers questions regarding pending service calls, parts on order, etc. Performs other tasks as required. Requirements: Must be fluent in English and Spanish. One (1) year of experience in a dispatch capacity. A high school diploma or the equivalent in experience. Excellent customer service skills. Experience working in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and ability to multitask to deadlines. Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain positive work relationships. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with computer software to include: Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Strong organizational skills.
