summary ResourceMFG is looking for a IT Support Administrator for a full time Direct Hire position withNew Mexico's leading manufacturer of precision ceramics. Direct Hire Role Monday thur Friday 8am to 5pm $25/hr Duties and Responsibilities: Desktop/Laptop Computer support and management for the site Managing computer systems imaging and inventories for the site Onboarding and offboarding users digital identities and systems Provide On-call support as needed Manage phones (adds, removals, and changes) Install, managed and troubleshoot end user software Hardware support for desktops and laptops Network printing support Assist peers and users remotely, as needed. Assist with the support of the local area network Assist with the support of business applications required-skills: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science and/or equivalent knowledge and experiences. 3-5 years of experience in IT user support role. Strong interpersonal skills, customer-service mindset, and the ability to excel in a team-oriented environment as well as being a self-starter A+ Certified is Plus Experience with Active Directory (Users, Groups, etc.) Experience with Windows client OS (Windows NT and above) Experience with Office Suite software (2010 and above) Understanding of basic hardware repair/replacement (hard drive, system board, memory, IO cards, etc) Basic understanding of NIST Cyber Security Framework Knowledge of NIST SP800-171 is a plus required-experience: 3-5 years IT expereience
