Adecco is seeking a highly organized and experienced Utility Scheduler to join our client's team in Newark, DE. In this contract (12-month) position, you'll leverage your expertise in Primavera P6 to build and manage project schedules for our clients. You'll work closely with various stakeholders to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on time. Why Adecco? Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in utility scheduling or related industries 5+ years of experience with Primavera P6 Proficiency in Oracle Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and analytical skills Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement scheduling policies, procedures, and best practices. Manage and coordinate complex schedules for individuals, teams, or projects. Analyze scheduling data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement. Provide guidance and support to junior schedulers or assistants. Coordinate with other departments to ensure that schedules are aligned with organizational goals and priorities. Communicate schedule changes and updates to relevant parties. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to understand their scheduling needs and preferences. Provide training and mentorship to junior schedulers or assistants. Lead meetings and discussions related to scheduling activities. Ensure that schedules are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with regulations and policies.
