The Lead Analyst will work closely with both the billing and collections departments to ensure all postings are reconciled and any discrepancies are addressed promptly.Responsibilities:Oversee and manage daily operations of the anesthesia cash posting team, ensuring accurate and timely payment posting.Reconcile cash postings with bank deposits and billing records, resolving discrepancies and credit balances.Develop, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures for cash posting activities.Provide training, support, and performance monitoring for cash posting team members.Collaborate with billing and collections departments to enhance processes, ensure compliance, and meet productivity targets.Requirements:High school diploma required. An associate degree preferred.Three (3) years of experience in healthcare medical billing or cash posting, with at least a year of leadership or supervisory experience. Proficiency in medical billing software systems, along with strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint, is required.Demonstrated ability to exercise professional oral and written communication skills with all internal and external audiences.Ability to organize and manage personal workload. Ability to achieve and maintain strong working knowledge of anesthesia billing operation practices.
