About the Role

As a Registered Nurse in our PACU, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, and contributing to a safe and efficient healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities
  • Collecting and analyzing data to identify actual or potential diagnoses, problems, and issues related to patient health
  • Developing individualized plans to achieve expected outcomes, prioritizing interventions, and evaluating progress towards goals
  • Implementing evidence-based practices, ensuring patient safety, and adhering to facility policies and procedures
  • Maintaining open communication with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution
  • A current RN license or temporary license as a Registered Nurse Petitioner in the state of North Carolina
  • Current Basic Life Support certification per policy guidelines
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
  • An effective communicator, with excellent written and verbal skills

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience. Additionally, you can expect:
