Our Systems is a privately-held company located in Rohnert Park, California.We are actively engaged in completing development and scaling its current system to meet customer demand and has the following position available for immediate hire:The position is to work in the field assisting with construction and maintenance of water systems.Commission and deploy systems prior to shipment and at customer installation sites.Perform routine maintenance and repairs on water purification systems and industrial equipment, including system operation, mechanical and electrical work.Troubleshoot and diagnose complex mechanical and electrical problems using schematics and logic controllers.Conduct on-site assessments to identify the root cause of issues and implement corrective actions.Utilize a multimeter and other devices to test electrical circuits and ensure they are functioning within specifications.Collaborate with other team members to resolve issues and implement preventative maintenance measures.Maintain accurate records of work performed, including detailed notes and photographs.Develop and maintain technical knowledge of our products and systems through training and continuing education.Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
