  • Develop and implement metrics to identify at-risk dealerships and create plans to address high downtime and repeat repair issues.
  • Collaborate with corporate and regional teams to drive results and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and work with dealerships and internal teams to develop diagnostic modeling and implement corrective actions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in automotive technology, engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in the automotive industry.
  • Strong project management experience and business acumen.
  • Experience with vehicle service repair processes and a proven track record of working independently.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Automotive service technical background.
  • Ford specific automotive repair technical training.
  • Automotive dealership or independent vehicle repair experience.
