Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in the automotive industry.
  • Strong project management experience and business acumen.
  • Experience with vehicle service repair processes and a proven track record of working independently.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Automotive service technical background.
  • Ford specific automotive repair technical training.
  • Automotive dealership or independent vehicle repair experience.
