We are hiring a Financial Analyst who will play in a critical role in financial reporting and analysis within the organization. This individual is responsible for analyzing financial data, creating reports, and providing insights to support decision-making. This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, monitoring performance, and ensuring accurate financial forecasts.

In This Role
  • Prepare and maintain regular financial reports, including Profit and Loss (P&L) statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
  • Conduct variance analysis to compare actual results against forecasts and budgets
  • Communicate key financial insights to senior management
  • Gather and analyze financial data related to revenue, expenses, and external data
  • Identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
  • Create ad-hoc financial analysis as needed
  • Assist in the development of annual budgets and rolling forecasts
  • Collaborate with departments to gather relevant data and assumptions
  • Monitor budget performance and provide recommendations for adjustments
  • Maintain data transfers with in the budgeting and reporting tools

The Ideal Person
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field
  • 2+ years of related experience
  • Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
  • Experience in reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau
  • Ability to multitask and deal with people and situations in a professional manner
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, meet deliverables while building relationships with colleagues
