Job Description

Dietary Assistant - Providence Everett - Colby (289061)

Responsible for the preparation of menus for all diet types and daily forecast for food production and assisting the clinical dietitian and diet technicians. Directly communicates with patients regarding meal preferences and diets. Provides direct quality customer service in all aspects of the job.

Required Qualifications:
  • National Food Handler Card - State County City Authority upon hire.
  • Washington State Food Handler Permit within 5 days of hire.
  • Direct customer service experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Food service experience in health care setting.

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

About the Team

Providence has been serving the Pacific Northwest since 1856 when Mother Joseph and four other Sisters of Providence arrived in Vancouver, Washington Territory.
