Proposal Coordinator

for our Atlanta, GA team Come join us Job responsibilities include but are not limited to: Collaborates with the Southeast Pursuits Director, Proposal/Pursuit team members, and key project stakeholders to develop and manage RFP/Q deadlines, create impactful presentations, and produce high-quality marketing collateral for both prime consultant and subconsultant projects. Adheres to established procedures, utilizing departmental tools to review project requirements, assign action items, ensure compliance, and maintain strict schedules and deadlines. Proofreads, edits, formats, and enhances pursuit narratives and graphical elements using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat) to create visually compelling, accurate, and compliant documents. Manages/Coordinates qualification packages with external clients. Supports multiple pursuits simultaneously, including analyzing requirements, editing team contributions, coordinating logistics, and complying with specifications and deadlines. Performs other reasonable and normal duties associated with the position, as directed by the Southeast Pursuits Director and/or National Vice President of Strategic Pursuits. Location:

Atlanta, GA Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in marketing and/or communications, journalism, graphic arts, or other related fields. 5+ years of relevant work experience, with a focus on corporate qualifications, proposals, and marketing. Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud products specifically InDesign (Note: strong knowledge and utilization is a requirement). Graphic design experience is a plus. Must be proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel). Excellent communication skills – verbal, writing, editing, proofreading, and formatting skills. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage projects independently. Project management, collaboration, and team-building skills. A/E/C industry experience preferred but not required.
