Yakima Pediatrics has an opening for a Medical Receptionist to provide front office coverage in a busy pediatric outpatient clinical setting. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service while answering multi-line telephones, checking patients in/out, scheduling appointments, registering new patients, insurance verifications and accepting payments. Other clerical duties may be assigned.

Qualifications:

  • HS/GED is required
  • Prior medical office experience is preferred
  • Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred and a plus
  • Pre-employment drug screen is required
  • Must be a reliable, detail oriented, team player
