Direct Hire Opportunity
Position Summary:
The Project Engineer will support long-term project planning, manage schedules, budgets, and costs, and work with the engineering team to define project scopes and estimates. This role involves coordinating with third-party providers and procurement.
Essential Duties:
Manage Capex project portfolio.
Lead project teams, including internal and external providers.
Define job scopes and cost estimates.
Ensure project compliance with regulations.
Support procurement activities.
Resolve cost and schedule issues.
Communicate project status to stakeholders.
Prepare progress reports and presentations.
Maintain safety and quality standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Industrial Engineering.
5+ years in manufacturing, chemical, or petrochemical engineering and project management.
Proficient with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
Experience managing operating budgets.
Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
Preferred:
Experience with analyzers, combustion processes, and solid handling systems.
2+ years in Process Controls Engineering.
Project Management Professional Certification.
Travel:
Less than 25% travel required.
