Core Responsibilities & Duties: + Coordinate the transportation of goods by air or ocean including scheduling with carriers and managing the movement of goods through various transportation methods. + Prepare and process required documentation for International Export Transportation. + Track and monitor shipments, providing regular updates to customers on the status of their shipments. + Follow Standard Operating Procedures and the directives as outlined by leadership and the company guidelines. + Manage relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise. + Collaborate with other internal departments such as accounting, sales, and operations to ensure timely and efficient service requirements. + Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws, including customs regulations and trade laws. + Other duties as assigned. Job Requirements & Qualifications: + Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in international export operation. + Cargo wise knowledge preferred.
