Air Export Agent

We are currently looking for an **Air** **Export Agent** to join the team at their Inglewood, CA office. Our logistics professionals handle export shipment requirements, with our international network of stations. Training will be provided.  Schedule: Monday-Friday, 2:00PM-11:00PM (1 hour lunch)Pay: $18-19hr*We provide paid training and foster professional growth
- Coordinate the exportation of goods by air, including scheduling with airlines and managing the movement of goods through various transportation channels.
- Ensure all bookings are accurate and updated accordingly.
- Prepare and process required documentation for customs clearance, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
- Track and monitor shipments, providing regular updates to Stations on the status of their shipments.
- Collaborate with other internal departments, such as logistics, finance, and operations, to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws, including customs regulations and trade laws.
- Provide ad-hoc rate upon request.

**Educational background / Work experience**
- 1 year experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in Freight Forwarding is highly desirable.
- **Other Skills**_
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

**Language skills**
- Fluency in English is required.
- Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

**Computer Literacy**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with logistics software and systems is preferred.
