The SAP Program Manager for transformation projects, you will successfully lead complex transformation projects in SAP for our company. The SAP Program Manager must deliver SAP components to the business to help advance the company strategy. The program manager is responsible for managing the digital transformation of One Daikin through setting up and delivering complex strategic projects and programs - in scope, on budget, on time and in line with our quality standards.

Position Responsibilities:

May include:

•Lead projects, subprojects including the technical coordination of diverse teams.

•Manage SAP initiatives

•Establish strong collaboration with internal and external team members as well as offshore resources

•Function as an owner of the IT/SAP solutions in the area/areas of responsibility

•Develop and implement activities related to end-to-end project management, including project plans and estimates, priorities, and requirements from discovery through implementation

•Proactively monitor, handle and report on execution of deliverables and project financials

•Ability to manage several projects in parallel

•Project and program management reviews with focus on governance and execution

•Handle all escalations in an efficient and timely manner

•Represent and ensure alignment with Leadership on direction and intent of project activities of their Program

•Perform additional activities/duties to support ongoing business needs

Nature & Scope:

•Is recognized as a subject matter expert in job area

•Manages large projects or processes with limited oversight from manager

•Coaches, reviews, and delegates work to lower-level professionals

•Problems faced are difficult and often complex

Knowledge & Skills:

•Highly experienced with SAP S/4HANA implementations and business transformation programs

•Preferably experienced in Implementation and migration to SAP S/4HANA (Greenfield and Brownfield) as well as fit to standard approach.

•Minimum of 5 years of experience in leading IT projects with specific experience and knowledge with SAP S/4HANA, both functionally and technically oriented projects, such as upgrades, new installations.

•Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with others at all levels inside and outside the company

•Confirmed project management skills, knowledge, and experience with new technology projects, (PMP PMI certificate is considered as an advantage).

•Proven history of delivering projects on time, on budget and to quality to maximize customer satisfaction.

•Strong experience in risk & issue management, financial management, stakeholder management.

•Relationship Management: Able to build constructive and effective relationships with a broad and diverse group of business partners

•Excellent organizational and time management skills

•Strong working knowledge with MS Office - Excel, Outlook, Word, & PowerPoint

•Excellent project management skills - ability to develop, delegate, engage and mentor

•Exceptional negotiation and relationship management skills

•Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written, and presentation skills

•Proven ability to develop and manage critical relationships

•Ability to influence and collaborate with teams and individuals

•Ability to apply good judgement, strong work ethics and integrity on the job

•Possess strong people skills to deal effectively with a wide variety of people assertively and confidently

Experience:

•10+ years of related experience with 5+ years of experience in leading IT projects with specific experience and knowledge with SAP S/4HANA, both functionally and technically oriented projects, such as upgrades, new installations.

•5+ years of project/change management

•3+ years HVAC experience is a distinct advantage but not required

Education/Certification:

•Bachelor's Degree in IT or related field
