Scope of Work:

Required Knowledge & Skills:

  • Deep understanding of CRM and ERP principles, methodologies, and technologies, with a focus on solution design, configuration, and customization.
  • Exceptional leadership and bilingual (English & Japanese) communication abilities, capable of influencing and collaborating with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven history of successfully guiding complex CRM and ERP implementation projects from inception to completion, delivering results within defined scope, budget, and timelines.
  • Experience in change management, stakeholder engagement, and organizational transformation related to CRM and ERP implementations.
  • Analytical mindset, adept at evaluating business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and proposing innovative solutions to enhance business value.
  • Extensive proficiency in Microsoft Project, including project scheduling, task identification, and schedule management.
  • Demonstrated skills in managing enterprise-level IT projects comprehensively.
  • Understanding of business processes, applications, and workflows.
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience in implementing new processes and procedures.
  • Effective communication with project teams, business partners, and vendors.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to changes.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 8 years of proven experience in project management and implementation of CRM or ERP systems, preferably Salesforce or SAP.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Certifications in CRM and ERP platforms are advantageous.

Must be capable of performing essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations. Willingness to travel is required.
