Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled SAP Transformation Lead to spearhead our change management efforts within the SAP environment at DAIKIN COMFORT TECHNOLOGIES MFG LP. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our change initiatives are executed smoothly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and direct SAP change management projects.
  • Formulate and execute comprehensive change management strategies.
  • Engage with stakeholders to evaluate the effects of changes on operations.
  • Effectively communicate changes to all stakeholders involved.
  • Ensure thorough documentation of changes in accordance with organizational policies.
  • Track and report on the status of change management efforts.
  • Deliver training and support to users affected by changes.
  • Recognize and address potential risks related to changes.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in a role such as SAP Change Manager.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP systems and change management methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to juggle multiple projects and priorities efficiently.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci) is advantageous.
Work Environment:

This position may require travel up to 50%. The candidate must be able to fulfill essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
