You will help us fulfill our mission to create amazing visuals through animations and story telling while delivering engaging, informative content and entertainment for everyone.

If you are passionate about animation, have a keen eye for detail, and thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment, we want you to join us in driving creative excellence at Inkify Labs.

Duties Develop and implement the creative vision and strategy for all animated content. Oversee the conceptualization, development, and production of animated videos. Collaborate with writers, animators, designers, and other creative professionals to produce high-quality content. Putting our audience first by keeping them in mind throughout every stage of production. Review scripts, storyboards, and final videos to ensure they meet creative and quality standards Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of content. Experiment with new techniques and platforms to keep the content fresh and engaging. Lead and inspire the creative team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Competencies 5 years of experience in a creative leadership role within the animation industry. Proven track record of producing successful animated content for digital platforms, particularly YouTube. Proficient in animation software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Toon Boom, Blender or similar tools. Strong understanding of YouTube’s platform and best practices for content creation. Excellent leadership, team-building, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
