Performs problem resolution as appropriate.The Client is currently seeking a Versatile System Administrator (Associate or Mid-Level) to join the team in Berkeley, MO. For the right person, this could lead to a permanent position with The Client.If you convert to The client as a permanent employee, your permanent position would directly support our Air Dominance (AD) programs, where client is establishing enduring franchises, new crewed and autonomous platforms, and proprietary air domain efforts that establishes client as the global leader in Tactical Air (TACAIR) and makes our St. Louis campus the envy of the aerospace world.The permanent position will work as a system administrator to support the classified programs during second shift weekdays and first shift weekends.During the training period, the position will directly support one of our other classified areas in the region during the first shift, weekdays. You will train with, and support, our F-15/F-18 Mission Systems, Flight Sim, or St Charles programs.Position Responsibilities:Performs system integration, hardware and software installation, configuration and disposition of servers and workstations to support the architectureProvides problem resolution and technical support for delivery systemsProvides support for the design, validation and configuration management of computing delivery systemsAdministers users system access and works to protect information to meet security requirementsMonitors system performance to support capacity planning, backup and disaster recovery planningBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):Active CompTIA Security+ certified (or similar certification meeting DoD Directive 8570.01 Certification Requirements)1+ years of experience with Windows Server and Desktop Operating Systems (Server 2016-2022, Windows 10)1+ years of experience with hardware installation and troubleshooting1+ years of experience working within the DoD Risk Managed Framework (RMF)1+ years of experience with maintaining and configuring Active Directory (AD)Willing to work weekends as needed upon conversion to direct hireActive Secret ClearancePreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experienceActive Top Secret clearance3+ years of experience with a broad range of basic systems and application support3+ years of experience with maintaining/configuring AD to include applying domain group policies3+ years of experience with PowerShell and Linux scripts to enable consistent, high-quality integration of hardware assets3+ years of experience with scripts to automate deployment and configuration of operating systems3+ years of experience creating and maintaining multiple virtual servers based on VMware3+ years of experience evaluating and effectively communicating complex system problems and resolution3+ years of experience Integrating security solutions (McAfee, Splunk, HBSS) into information systemsEducation/Experience:Typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 2 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. Master, 6 year's related work experience, etc.).Ability to pass Background and Drug Screen if Required by Client#J-18808-Ljbffr
