As our Practice Office Manager, you are the type of professional that collaborates to build a positive office culture, inspires a superb patient experience, maintaining a high quality of service to patients and engaging the team to achieve business goals.

  • Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication, and safety. Office manager duties and responsibilities include:
  • Drive practice growth goals
  • Help in and manage all day to day operations
  • Develop a financially sustainable office
  • Demonstrate leadership and inclusivity
  • Define business objectives
  • Lead a complaint team to execute operational excellence

Responsibilities:
  • Identify training and coaching opportunities
  • Develop a strong financial obligation throughout the team
  • Provide operational support to the team and vendors
  • Oversee office financials and OSHA/HIPPA regulations
  • Design and implement market strategies to increase office visibility in the community
  • Create an open-door culture with the team.
  • Serve as a point of escalation for both patient and team relations
  • Mentor and coach team members to create an environment of growth
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment for patients and team
Qualifications:
  • 5 years of experience in leadership positions with strong knowledge of Dental operations
  • Experience with Open Dental is preferred
  • Strong technical expertise in dental insurance benefits
  • Must possess a strong desire to train and develop team to meet performance standards
  • Demonstrates leadership and strong communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
  • People and operational leadership skills required
