Proclinical is actively seeking a Compensation Manager. This is a contract position located in Cambridge, MA.

Primary Responsibilities:

This role is centered around supporting day-to-day compensation activities, participating in compensation surveys, and partnering with the Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively manage compensation administration in line with our compensation philosophy and assist in preparing for annual and mid-year compensation cycles.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of compensation administration.
  • Experience with Oracle platform set up and management.
  • Ability to analyze competitive total compensation information.
  • Experience in creating new hire offer packages.
  • Excellent communication skills.

The Compensation Manager will:

  • Support day-to-day compensation activities including market data requests, off-cycle promotions/pay adjustments, and ad-hoc data requests and pay analysis.
  • Participate in compensation surveys to collect and analyze competitive total compensation information.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition team members on the creation of compelling U.S. new hire offer packages using market data and philosophy.
  • Assist the Associate Director, Compensation and Mobility in preparing for annual and mid-year compensation cycles by ensuring Oracle platform set up and management, budget management, and manager/employee communications.
