The customer journey is at the heart of what we do. We see it as every touch the homeowners we serve have with every individual in our family. Our Appointment Specialists help schedule appointments for homeowners, and ensure our sales peoples calendars make logistical sense.

YOUR IMPACT:

  • WALK ALONGSIDE HOMEOWNERS: let's be real, it's worrisome when someone will be coming to fix your home. In this role, you'll help homeowners inquiring about our water, foundation, and concrete solutions to set an appointment for a free estimate. Have a "whatever it takes" mentality to ensure all customers are satisfied with their experience with Thrasher.
  • INBOUND | OUTBOUND CALLS | CHAT SUPPORT: represents Thrasher Group through telephone contact by answering calls, setting appointments/installations, scheduling Annual Maintenances and service calls, and following up on a variety of issues. Consistently calls on outbound campaigns to convert leads to appointments, to turn cancelled leads to new appointments, and to schedule annual maintenance appointments. Interacts with homeowner through Thrashers Multi-Channel Customer Support System to answer customer's inquiries and book their appointments.
  • SET APPOINTMENTS: Meets or exceeds goals for converting leads to scheduled appointments. Save customers from cancelling their appointment by overcoming objections and explaining the benefits of Thrasher. Ensure sales and service calendars are filled to commitment capacities.
  • TAKE CARE OF FAMILY: make sure your teammates and colleagues have what they need, help them communicate with the homeowner when needed, and ensure everyone in the process is treated with a human element.

YOUR SKILLS:
  • MINDSET: Desire to challenge the status quo to redefine the construction industry. This means bringing a positive perspective to take down barriers and lift up those around you
  • EXPERIENCE: Possess excellent interpersonal communication skills demonstrated through strong customer service experience (preferred 2 years minimum, retail, daycare, call center, customer service, etc). A combination of education and experience that illustrates a proven track record in this field, and a consistent work history. Those with prior experience handling phone calls in a fast paced environment are encouraged to apply.
