Eastern Standard is seeking Servers who are eager to learn and grow in a dynamic restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality, remain constantly curious about all things food & beverage and thrive in a dynamic, fast?paced environment. About the Position As a server youll be on the front line representing Eastern Standard and the ES Hospitality brand. Youll be responsible for selling and serving food and beverages to guests in a kind and professional manner, providing a memorable dining experience, and ensuring repeat business. You will also have the opportunity to work a variety of private and restaurant-sponsored events. Responsibilities Guide the guest experience from start to finish while enthusiastically representing Eastern Standard and ES Hospitality as a whole Seek to make meaningful connections with guests and create memorable dining experiences Commit to continuous development of food, wine, beer, spirits and service knowledge Possess a strong work ethic Have full weekend availability Compensation & Benefits Base Pay: $25-$45/hour. Health/dental/vision insurance, dining discounts, 401(k) and continuous development and learning opportunities. Employment Type Full?time, Part?time.
