Client Services Coordinator

LocationGreensboro,NCDescriptionOur Client, a leader in commercial real estate and facilities/asset management is seeking to add anClient Services Coordinatorto its team. This role will work inGreensboro, NCandworks Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm.This is acontract rolethat pays$21-22.50 per hour.Responsibilities:Provide high-level administrative support to the head broker and three additional brokers.Act as a primary point of contact for brokers, handling inquiries, and following up on requests in a timely manner.Assist with redlining PDF documents, including listing agreements, ensuring accuracy and completeness.Manage heavy email correspondence, prioritizing and organizing messages effectively.Utilize your proficiency in numbers to prepare and process vouchers as needed.Communicate professionally and effectively with clients, maintaining a positive and service-oriented approach.Create graphics and accompanying write-ups for marketing materials, ensuring consistency with branding guidelines.Manipulate data in Excel to generate reports, analyze trends, and support decision-making processes.Order signage orders for properties and manage inventory as necessary.Prepare tour books and surveys, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.Assist in the development and execution of email marketing campaigns.Utilize software tools such as InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator to create visually appealing materials.Requirements:2+ years of experience providing administrative support to brokers, sales professionals, or in the marketing space.Previous experience in commercial real estate is highly preferred.High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with at least 1 year of experience in InDesign.Familiarity with Photoshop and Illustrator is preferred.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.Nice to Have:Experience in marketing, with an understanding of the administrative aspects of the role.Previous experience in commercial real estate would be highly beneficial.Associate or bachelor's degree in a relevant field#J-18808-Ljbffr
