Bilingual Collections Team Lead The Collections Team Lead assist the Collections Manager with supervision and daily tasks within the collections department Specific Duties, Activities, and Responsibilities Daily supervision of the collectors Handling escalated phone calls Handling attorney phone calls Answering account level questions from collectors Making updates to recurring payments Greeting customers who come into the office for assistance Job Requirements High School diploma or equivalent required Must be bilingual - Spanish Experience in a supervisory or training role preferred but not required At least 6 months experience working for A|P|H High level of understanding of the FDCPA Must be proficient in software tools, including but not limited to Word, Excel, Outlook, and the Internet.
