Position Overview:
As a Healthcare Unit Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in delivering compliant, high-quality, and cost-effective healthcare while ensuring positive clinical outcomes and satisfaction for patients, families, and staff on your assigned unit.
- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to ensure adequate nursing coverage for safe patient care.
- Provide professional guidance and oversight to non-professional unit staff.
- Assess educational needs of the staff and coordinate training initiatives with the Nurse Educator.
- Oversee medication management to ensure proper supplies and adherence to company policies.
- Engage in direct patient care alongside other nursing staff to maintain clinical skills.

Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited school of licensed practical nursing.
- Current licensure by the State Board of Examiners of Nurses in the relevant state.
- Minimum of one year of nurse management experience required.
- Current BLS/CPR certification must be maintained.
