Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as the Associate Director of Patient Marketing, focusing on email and performance marketing strategies. The Associate Director, Patient Marketing will be a key member of the brand team for Insmeds pipeline potential products. The ideal candidate will be passionate about leveraging digital channels to engage with patients, drive brand awareness, and ultimately improve patient outcomes. This position does not have any direct reports.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:Develop and implement email marketing strategies to effectively engage with patients throughout their healthcare journey, from disease education through treatment support.Support the planning, execution and optimization of performance marketing campaigns across digital channels, including but not limited to SEM, display advertising, lead gen and paid social media.Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams -- including marketing, patient support, research and analytics, and IT -- to create a seamlessly integrated customer experience across all patient touchpoints. Share best practices across teams.Utilize data-driven insights and patient feedback to continuously refine marketing strategies, optimize campaign performance, enhance the patient experience and maximize ROI.Oversee the organization of our customer databases to ensure our marketing hits the mark, enhancing both relevance and impact.Stay sharp and informed about the latest developments, best practices and emerging technologies in email and performance marketing and incorporate relevant innovations into our strategies.Set goals, monitor key performance metrics, and provide regular reporting and analysis to stakeholders highlighting successes, areas for improvement and actionable insights.Effectively engage agency partners to develop creative assets, providing clear direction, coaching and support to foster positive working relationships and drive team success.Work closely with legal, regulatory and compliance teams to ensure compliance with all regulations, policies and procedures.Qualifications:Bachelors degree required; MBA preferred5+ years professional experience in healthcare marketing, pharmaceutical marketing experience preferredProven track record in CRM and email marketing, with an emphasis on crafting customer journeys and boosting engagementProduct launch experience preferredSharp analytical capabilities able to dissect data to uncover insights that can be turned into impactful actionsOutstanding ability to communicate and collaborate, bridging teams together towards a common goalA creative, whats possible mindset that always puts the patient firstHighly learning agileHighly organized with a strong attention to detail, clarity, accuracy, and concisenessIndividuals must demonstrate the ability to interact successfully in a dynamic and culturally diverse workplaceAbility to work in a hybrid environmentPosition is based in Bridgewater, NJTravel RequirementsUp to 10% travel required.

Salary Range

Insmed takes into consideration a combination of candidates education, training, and experience as well as the positions scope and complexity, the discretion and latitude required in the role, and external market and internal value when determining a salary level for potential new employees. The base salary range for this job is from $139,000.00 to $195,200.00 per year
