Medisolv is seeking an experienced full life-cycle recruiter to attract and hire top talent for our growing company. The recruiter will be an integral part of our HR team, driving recruitment success. Other duties will include new hire onboarding and assistance with HR administration. The recruiter will employ traditional sourcing strategies in addition to developing creative, new recruiting approaches.
The ideal candidate has strong initiative, exceptional customer service and focus, and outstanding organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers to develop job advertisements and recruitment strategy.
Source potential candidates utilizing LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
Schedule interviews and check employment references
Negotiate employment offers
Conduct reference and background checks for pending hires
Ensure accurate and compliant record keeping in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Ensure accurate and compliant record keeping with Form I-9’s and maintain the E-Verify system
Conduct orientations and all onboarding activities for new hires
Provide management with requested reports and documents
Maintain various recruitment reports and conduct salary equity analysis for employment offers
Maintain job descriptions and conduct job description audits to ensure accuracy and consistency
Assist in other general HR duties and projects as assigned
Required Qualifications:
BS in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 3 years of full life cycle recruiting experience
Solid knowledge of employment laws
Experience with applicant tracking systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Successful completion of a pre-employment background check
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer. We are unable to provide sponsorship at this time.
Preferred Qualifications:
Recruitment experience in the healthcare IT or healthcare field
Technical recruiting experience
Familiarity with OFCCP regulations for federal contractors
Experience using UKG Pro or relevant HRIS
This position is open to remote work. Our office is located in Columbia, Maryland.
