**Position Summary**:
**Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To**:

- Perform full lifecycle recruitment activities to support recruiting mission.
- Plan and coordinate military and civilian hiring boards.
- Coordinate with leadership to determine hiring requirements and develop recruiting campaign.
- Assemble and maintain applicant packets.
- Develop and deliver briefings, strategies, reports, plans, meeting notes, presentations, etc., to Government Team Leads.

**Experience Required for this Role**:

- BA or BS degree in human resources, business management or related field or five years military/government work experience relating to human resources, recruitment and/or career management of DoD professionals.

**Education Required**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
