IT Vendor

Hansen Talent Group is hiring an IT Vendor and Contract Coordinator to work with a large enterprise in Columbia, SC. This is a hybrid opportunity and will require 1 day/week onsite.

This role is responsible for strategic vendor reports, data analysis, registration, and coordination of vendor information with I/S Contracts.

What you'll do:

• Assists in the acquisition, negotiation, and renewal functions related to IT vendor contracts.
• Register vendors for IT contracts and managing databases for IT vendor contracts.
• Reviews, analyzes and creates hierarchy for IT vendor agreements.
• Request vendor registrations from new and established vendors and assists IT Payables with finalizing the required documentation.
• Maintains and updates various IT vendor databases in support of area workflow and department projects.
• Creates, reviews, maintains, and completes various reports for management.

Qualifications:

• 4 years project coordination or other related work experience.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organizational skills and quality research skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to acquire in-depth knowledge of department functions, procedures and workflow.
• Ability to assist in the preparation, documentation, and presentation of recommendations to management.
