Independent Living Director of Sales and Marketing
Spring Cypress Senior Living is searching for a Director of Sales and Marketing with experience opening new developments, and experience with the active adult and independent living populations. The ideal candidate must have more than two years of experience in a leasing complex, upscale, resort-style apartments in any of the following industries senior living, hospitality, or master planned communities. Previous sales experience is a plus. At a minimum must have experience with full immersion of the sales process at the pre-open, lease up, and stabilized occupancy levels. Requires previous extensive sales training, daily lead management, team assessments, and oversight. The Independent Living Director of Sales and Marketing must have experience in public speaking, conflict resolution, organizational development, networking, and community relations. Extensive experience in technology, social media, and software systems required.
SUMMARY of Duties
The Director of Sales and Marketing is responsible for increasing occupancy, through both inside and outside cells and by developing positive and lasting relationships with the local community and surrounding areas. This Director of Sales and Marketing position is a fast pace offering a lot of variety, mobility. In this role, the Director of Sales and Marketing will create marketing plans and coordinate marketing visits to the community, communicate census, motivate staff to participate in reaching these goals, coordinate all aspects of the move-in process, participate in various community activities, organizations, and professional groups to make our community the residence of choice in the area. Work experience qualifications
Minimum of two (2) years’ experience working in a sales & marketing role
Previous experience with Senior Living Community Sales & Marketing (preferred)
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Self-starter, proven track record of success and closing skills
An enthusiastic, flexible, energetic people person, capable of managing diverse personalities and projecting care and professionalism in all work-related situations
Educational Qualifications
High School Diploma
