Job Description: The primary purpose of LiveArea's Senior Delivery Coordinator is to plan and maintain consultancy projects in support of business objectives and ongoing operations. This includes scheduling, budget tracking, estimating, reporting, client billing, implementation and ongoing project support. The Senior Delivery Coordinator will work closely with the functional business groups to ensure project compliance with LiveArea standards in support of business goals and objectives.

**Responsibilities:**

* Maintain project statuses

* Approve timecards weekly for all owned projects

* Communicate project information to internal stakeholders

* Maintain all necessary project records

* Maintain project resource schedules

* Track project SOWs and change requests

* Track budgets

* Complete monthly invoicing tasks

Qualifications: The Senior Delivery Coordinator will work closely with the enterprise PMO and other leaders of the Project Delivery team to ensure proper compliance to LiveArea project standards and ensure Financial Force records of projects are maintained and clearly communicated. Other tasks will include maintaining project status, tracking SOW and Change Requests, scheduling, monthly billing and team communication management.

**Required Qualifications:**

* 3+ years of related experience

* Accounting Knowledge related to EAC, ETC, and Client Billing

* MS Office knowledge

* Previous Financial Force Experience

* Ability to work with all levels in the organization

* Must be highly Organized

* Ability to Multitask

* Strong Attention to Detail

* Self-motivation

* Superior Communication skills

* Ability to work as a team

* Willingness to take initiative

**Preferred Experience/Qualifications:**

* College Degree preferred or commensurate experience

* Previous JIRA experience

* Previous JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Experience

* Previous ecommerce Project Management or Digital Agency Experience

* Previous technical consulting agency experience
