A company in Brooklyn is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to provide essential office support and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at handling a variety of administrative tasks.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Document Management: Organizing and maintaining files and records.
  • Mail Handling: Managing incoming and outgoing mail efficiently.
  • Scanning/Printing: Performing document scanning, printing, and organization tasks.
  • Data Entry: Accurately entering data into systems and maintaining updated databases.
  • Bank Wires: Preparing bank wire transfers for approval.
  • Payment Preparation: Preparing payments for sign-off and ensuring timely processing.
  • Phone Management: Answering and directing incoming calls professionally.
  • Form Completion: Filling out forms for banks, insurance, and government agencies.
Ideal Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry tools.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills for managing phone calls and inquiries.
  • Experience in administrative support or office management preferred.
Additional Information:
  • Schedule: Monday-Thursday: 9 AM - 5 PM | Friday: 9 AM - 1 PM.
  • Competitive hourly pay based on experience.
