Marketing Assistant for APPS Paramedical Service & Pro Expo LV Location: Las Vegas, NV Type: Full-Time About Us: APPS Paramedical Service performs mobile phlebotomy for the life insurance industry, while Pro Expo LV hosts expos for Senior Citizens and Veterans through our LivingWell Senior Expo and LivingWell Veteran Expo. Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and creative Marketing Assistant to join our team and help drive the success of both businesses. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing social media, and increasing brand awareness. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute marketing plans for both APPS Paramedical Service and Pro Expo LV. Manage social media accounts, creating engaging content to attract and retain customers. Coordinate and promote events for the LivingWell Senior Expo and LivingWell Veteran Expo. Collaborate with team members to design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and advertisements. Analyze market trends and adjust marketing strategies as needed. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Build and maintain relationships with clients, sponsors, and partners. Attend senior expos for marketing research, and to obtain video & picture content. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or Practical Experience. Proven experience in marketing, preferably in event planning industry. Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills. Familiarity with design software (e.g., Canva) is a plus.
