Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. This entry-level position is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about marketing and eager to learn the ins and outs of the field. As a Marketing Assistant, you will support the marketing team in executing various campaigns, coordinating events, managing social media, and performing administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email, and traditional).
  • Help manage and update the company's social media platforms, including content creation and scheduling.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive insights.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.
  • Support event planning, including coordinating logistics, vendor communication, and promotional materials.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, social media insights, and other relevant platforms.
  • Assist with email marketing campaigns, including content creation and list management.
  • Maintain and update the customer database and marketing distribution lists.
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing marketing calendars.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, and analytics tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
