Your key responsibilities

  • Manage the quality function for three plants that manufacture cultures, enzymes and flavors and assure that all customer specifications are met
  • Ensure products and associated documentation are available to meet customer/country needs and assure that all relevant quality requirements from other regions are incorporated into products and processes
  • Establish a quality system that integrates company quality standards into the operations
  • Risk assessment and management of the quality function

You bring

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in the quality function in a Life Science, Food, Pharmaceutical or similar business environment required; microbial fermentation experience a plus
  • Team leadership and ability to drive results
  • Experience in building and improving Quality systems (ISO 9001, FSSC 22000);
  • Demonstrated ability to challenge the status quo and focus on continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance competing priorities and achieve results
  • Bachelors degree required
