About The Opportunity

Located in Freehold, New Jersey is looking for Assistant Project Managers to join their growing team You will be assisting in leading the project team; taking initiative in managing information, establishing expectations, and maintaining quality and cost-effectiveness in the overall project

Assistant Project Manager Responsibilities

Prepares accurate and concise contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders Handles multiple projects simultaneously at various stages and locations Supporting the coordination and management of projects Keeping track of and reporting on project progress

Assistant Project Manager Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in applicable discipline Minimum 1-2 years experience in the commercial construction industry Has good presentation skills; ability to persuade others; good negotiation skills Well-organize, efficient, and responsive to the needs of internal and external clients
