ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Prepares equipment and aids Physician during examination, treatment and testing of patients. Observes, records and reports patients' condition and reaction to treatments, drug testing to providers. Maintains and reviews patient records, charts and other pertinent information. Documents test results, phone calls, & patient education in accordance with nursing and organization standards. Orders medications as prescribed by provider. Maintains patient confidentiality. Other duties as assigned by supervision.
