Observes, records and reports patients' condition and reaction to treatments, drug testing to providers. Maintains and reviews patient records, charts and other pertinent information. Documents test results, phone calls, & patient education in accordance with nursing and organization standards. Orders medications as prescribed by provider. Maintains patient confidentiality. Other duties as assigned by supervision.
