Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the care of residents, ensuring that their needs are met and their well-being is maintained.
- Coordinate referrals to other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and social workers.
- Serve as the point of contact for resident information, providing accurate and timely updates to family members and other stakeholders.
- Assist with clinical interventions and resident activities of daily living, ensuring that residents receive the care and support they need to thrive.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Alaska Registered Nurse License.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
- 6 months Nursing experience in a healthcare facility (acute care, long-term care, rehabilitation center).
- Supervision/leadership experience.
