The Operations Support Specialist is responsible for accurate and timely approval of daily customer transactions to ensure smooth delivery and exceptional service to our customers. Approve daily sales transactions and scheduled payment arrangements, ensuring each adheres to compliance standards and operating procedures. Verify and update customer account information to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate and successful processing of transactions. Collaborate with production teams at various levels to address and resolve account discrepancies, escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members as needed. Identify operational bottlenecks and inconsistencies, offering actionable suggestions to streamline processes and enhance overall company efficiency and performance. Compile, distribute, and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly performance and forecast reports, conduct audits, and support team cross-training and special projects. Qualifications What We Look For: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required; Associate’s degree in Business, or related field preferred. Prior work experience in a customer-centric or call center business environment with administrative responsibility supporting sales or production operations highly preferred. Prior work experience supporting operations in the financial services industry highly preferred. Excellent ability to work with a high level of accuracy while maintaining high productivity. Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong basic math skills with the ability to think analytically. Strong problem-solving skills. Strong familiarity with Excel; utilizing formulas, shortcuts, and reporting tools. Proficient in Outlook, Microsoft Office Suite or related software. A reasonable estimate of the salary range for this job is $18.50 to $20.00 per hour.
