QRG Services Procurement Fantastic opportunity to join a high impact Procurement team as a Senior Buyer for QVC International, located in our Media Harbor offices in Dusseldorf. QVC, the worlds leading multimedia retailer combines world class brands with leading video and broadcasting capabilities. The Senior Buyer will partner with stakeholders across multiple and impactful categories to help deliver improved value for our spend. This role is part of a high energy, high impact Procurement organization that is focused on developing team members that are skilled at preparing category strategies and conducting price negotiations with suppliers, utilizing Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and other tools for key services in non-IT categories (HR, PR/Communications, Finance, Facilities, Marketing) across the Qurate Retail Group (QVC). The Sr Buyer will have the opportunity as part of a dynamic global team to really make a difference for his/her/their stakeholders across QVC International (QI). The position will lead change and drive progress in our sourcing approaches, learn a tremendous amount about working in a matrixed, multinational retailer, with high performing teammates and a company culture that is fast paced, fun, collaborative, and energetic. The successful candidate will become part of a global team of Procurement professionals who are committed to delivering a solution-oriented experience for their stakeholders. This position will allow the right candidate to learn and grow with a very fun business and embrace the future in this supportive environment. The Senior Buyer will review the current supply base and develop new supply sources and strategies where current vendors are not fully meeting stakeholder expectations or are not market competitive. The role will also have the opportunity to shape the supply base in order to deliver the best possible solution for his/her/their stakeholders. The position is responsible for monitoring vendor performance for negotiated service agreements across QVC International (QI), reviewing spend and industry trends at all times to ensure appropriate category strategies are in place. The position will be expected to benchmark the sourcing approach and negotiated agreements to ensure consistency with Best-in-Class Procurement practices. The Senior Buyer must also understand the concept of Total Procurement Value, and be able to effectively communicate the benefits of value added services to his/her business partners in order to create a pull for Procurement support within their functions.

Dabei verantwortest du u.a. Ausgabenkategorien wie Verpackung, Marketing, Professional Services oder Facility Management in den europischen Mrkten. Ziel der Position unseren aktuellen Lieferantenpool zu berprfen und neue Lieferquellen erschlieen, wenn einzelne Lieferanten die Erwartungen nicht erfllen. **Aufgaben:** *

Du unterbreitest Empfehlungen zur Rationalisierung und Optimierung der derzeitigen Beschaffungsbasis, um eine entsprechende Anzahl an Lieferanten mit der gewnschten Qualitt sicherzustellen. *

Du bist fr die berwachung der Schlsselindikatoren im Zusammenhang mit den Dienstleistungsvereinbarungen innerhalb der EU-Mrkte verantwortlich und hinterfragst Ausgaben sowie Branchentrends zu jeder Zeit, um sicherzustellen, dass geeignete Category Management Strategien vorhanden sind. *

Benchmarking im Hinblick auf unseren Procurement Ansatz und insbesondere der ausgehandelten Vereinbarungen, um konsistente Beschaffungspraktiken sicherzustellen. *

Du verinnerlichst das Konzept des Total Procurement Value und bist in der Lage, dieses an deine Stakeholder und internen Partnern zu kommunizieren. *

Du untersttzt die Arbeit des Teams ber alle europischen Standorte hinweg, um wettbewerbsfhige Preise zu gewhrleisten, Risiken zu begrenzen und den Total Procurement Value zu steigern. *

Du untersttzt deine internen Kunden bei der Verhandlung, bzw. Neuverhandlung und Verwaltung von Vertrgen mit externen Lieferanten *

Du trgst zu einer kontinuierlichen Evaluierung aktueller Lieferanten bei und berwachst neue Lieferanten auf der Grundlage von Qualitt, Service, Support, Zuverlssigkeit, Gesamtkosten sowie dem Ruf und der Geschichte des Lieferanten. *

Gemeinsam mit deinen Kollegen international trgst du zu einer Standardisierung unseres Lieferantenpools, wo dies sinnvoll ist, bei und tauscht dich darber hinaus mit den Kollegen in US zu aktuellen Fragestellungen aus. **Anforderungen:** *

Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder vergleichbar. *

Mehrjhrige Erfahrung in einer Beschaffungsfunktion mit internationaler Verantwortung *

Erfahren in der Verhandlungsfhrung mit nachweislichem Erfolg bei der Einhaltung anspruchsvoller Fristen *

Hervorragende Networking-Fhigkeiten (intern und extern), um geografische und funktionale Synergien zu nutzen *

Gelassenheit und Kontrolle in allen Situationen *

Groes Verstndnis fr komplexe Organisationen, gerne mit Erfahrung aus einer Matrix-Organisation *

Fhigkeit, mit Kollegen auf allen Ebenen bis hin zum Senior Management Team zusammenzuarbeiten, um Strategien auf lokaler, regionaler und globaler Ebene zu entwickeln. *
