With a national network of service professionals, Concentric provides engineering, installation and maintenance/management for power equipment including backup batteries, UPSs, generators, energy storage, micro grids, forklift power, onsite maintenance and more. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for executing administrative duties and projects as required. This temporary position focuses on completing projects and work activities within the Business Process and Compliance team, and building skills and knowledge related to the development of business process and general organizational compliance. This position reports to the Director of Business Process and Compliance and has no direct reports. Typically, internships are for a period of no more than 3 months. Key Job Responsibilities: Reliable attendance and punctuality. Create documents, using MS Office products such as Excel and Word, related to assigned projects. Interact with others regarding information needed to successfully complete tasks. Utilize professional writing skills to assist in the development/revision of Concentric controlled documents. Support the development of Concentric's Quality Management System and application of the Document Control Policy across the organization. Directly support the migration of company policies and procedures to new standard templates, including basic reformatting. Work with various departments and subject matter experts to complete or update existing policies and procedures to align with the overall company objectives and best practices. Oversee document control number listing and documents on both Quality Central and Document Central SharePoint sites. Assist with the development of new policies and procedures as needed. Create pivot tables, V lookups, and sort data. Create, edit, and draft employee communications as appropriate. Other duties as assigned by supervisor. Key Performance Measurements: Successful completion of projects in a timely manner with 100% accuracy. Other key performance measurements as determined by the direct supervisor. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business administration, management or related field or studying toward a degree in business administration or related field. Must pass a background check and drug screen. Ability to be a team player. Excellent record keeping and documentation skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly skilled at wordsmithing and can articulate ideas effectively in writing. Works comfortably under pressure and meets tight deadlines. Proficient in email, MS Office, and SharePoint. Remarkable organizational and conflict management skills. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. Meticulous attention to detail.
