We are partnering with a rapidly expanding company that specializes in providing HVAC filters to HVAC contractors and large facilities, to find a dynamic Marketing Coordinator. This innovative company, headquartered in Knoxville, TN, has built its success by addressing customer pain points in unique ways, setting itself apart from the competition. With a primary customer base in the southeastern United States, they are looking for a highly creative individual to join their team.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Marketing and demonstrate proficiency in using marketing analytic tools, as well as experience in managing company websites and social media platforms. Responsibilities:

  • Creates and maintains marketing content such as website or social media posts
  • Coordinates meetings with marketing partners and executive team members to discuss campaigns
  • Communicates with sales team to establish goals and determine effective marketing strategies
  • Attends conferences and trade events to meet with vendors, clients and potential customers and deepen industry connections
  • Develop a deep understanding of the companys products, services, and goals
  • Monitor all marketing campaigns' effectiveness to optimize impact and progress
  • Resource management of Marketing/Communications staff and contractors to ensure the ability to successfully plan and execute scheduled marketing campaigns
  • Creation of video testimonials from existing customers
  • Assist with website projects, building out ecommerce website, keeping information up to date on the website.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelors or masters degree in marketing or a related field
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
  • Fluent with InDesign
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC and social campaigns
