Revenue Cycle Liaison, Level 2, Hybrid, Oceanport, NJ

Job Overview:
This Revenue Cycle Liaison II works in conjunction with the Revenue Cycle Liaison I, serving as a point of contact for assigned practices, acting as a guide to the indicators of Revenue Cycle success, translating information to support operations in the achievement of strategic goals, promptly responding to practice inquiries, engaging in regular practice interaction via e-mail, conference calls and in-person visits. The primary goal of the Revenue Cycle Liaison is to ensure practice satisfaction, accountability and operational support as it relates to the success of the Revenue Cycle. The ideal candidate would possess a strong desire to share knowledge and promote information sharing both within and outside of the team. The Revenue Cycle Liaison II successfully completes diverse tasks, applies and enhances knowledge and skill in both usual and unusual issues and needs minimal guidance in addressing unusual situations.
Qualifications:
Required:
* 3 - 5 years experience in healthcare operations or accounting/financial practices
* BA/BS or equivalent work experience
* Proficient in all MS Office Products
* Intermediate Skills in MS Excel Required
* Proficient communication & presentation skills
* Ability to work in a team environment that requires quick turnaround and quality output.
Certifications and Licenses Preferred:
* HFMA Membership with Certified Specialist Physician Practice Management (CSPPM) preferred (within 1 year of hire)
Essential Functions:
Identify and analyze trends
Identify and analyze trends based on the review of daily/weekly/monthly KPI reports and dashboards. Present potential solutions to department and Revenue Cycle leadership.
Collaborates to develop training materials
Collaborates with the Revenue Cycle Process Improvement Training & Education teams on developing education materials based from the resolutions/outcomes of the improvement opportunities presented at inter disciplinary meetings.
